Moses Tsang

After graduating from Bemidji State University in 1972, Moses Tsang completed his MSW degree at the University of Iowa and received his PhD in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
Moses Tsang is a former General Partner of the Goldman Sachs Group, where he led the establishment of the Fixed Income Group in Tokyo and headed the Debt Syndicate Group in London, and also served as the Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., between 1989 and 1994. Moses is a member of the Asia-Pacific Council and the Trustee Advisory Council, the Nature Conservancy; a Trustee of the Hong Kong Centre for Economic Research, at the University of Hong Kong; a Non-Executive Director of the Fubon Bank in Hong Kong, and a Board Member of Central China Properties Limited.
